The Corporate Grants Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration and execution of corporate grantmaking programs that advance Micron's workforce development strategy across North America. This roleleadsthe end-to-end grant process, covering application intake, due diligence, agreement processing, budget tracking, payments, compliance monitoring, impact reporting, and collaborator engagement.
The Corporate Grants Administrator will work closely with organizations dedicated to workforce growth, academic and community partners, and internal experts. They help ensure Micron's community investments are coordinated efficiently, aligned with business priorities, and deliver measurable impact.
This position suits a highly organized professional who enjoys handling complex processes,managingmultipleprojects andprioritiesconcurrently,building positive relationships, and contributing to programs that expand talent pipelines and strengthen communities.
Ideal candidates will be based in Boise, Syracuse, NY that are open to a contract-based role.
- Adhereto Micron’sgrant application process, reviews, documentation, and approval workflows for grants within assigned portfolio
- Coordinate grant agreements, payments, and recordkeeping.
- Assess grant compliance requirements and reporting deadlines in partnership with program and subject matter experts
- Maintain systems for running grants and ensure data accuracy.
- Track grant budgets, commitments, and outcomes; align to overall corporate budgeting
- Support impact reporting,metrics collection, and program evaluations.
- Serve as a point of contact for external partner organizations and internal stakeholders in collaboration with Micron SMEs
- Assist with process improvements and implementation of grantmaking procedures.
- Using AI
- 2-4years experience in corporate philanthropy, grantmaking,grant administration, community investment, or nonprofit grant management.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience with grant management systems and reporting tools; knowledge of Benevity will be valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience building strategic partnerships and strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to optimally engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to navigate and complete multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$85,000.00 - $ a year
Additional Compensation May Include Benefits, Bonuses And Equity.
