As a US Expansion EHS Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, standardizing, and implementing EHS programs across multiple sites. You will serve as a key integrator, aligning processes, communications, training, reporting, and health-related programs to ensure consistency and scalability. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational performance, enhance employee engagement, and support strategic expansion initiatives through strong collaboration and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:- Lead development and implementation of standardized EHS programs, processes, and documentation across U.S. expansion sites
- Manage EHS communications, employee engagement initiatives, leadership messaging, and awareness campaigns
- Oversee EHS training programs, document management systems, training records, and competency tracking
- Develop and maintain EHS dashboards, metrics, executive reporting, and data analytics to support proactive risk reduction and continuous improvement
- Provide governance for construction medical clinic operations, workers’ compensation programs, injury management processes, and related stakeholder partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Business, Communications, Workforce Development, or a related field
- Experience managing cross-functional programs in a complex, multi-site environment
- Experience developing and implementing training programs, operational documentation, communications, or business processes
- Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
- Experience supporting EHS, occupational health, workers’ compensation, construction safety, or industrial operations programs
- Experience supporting large-scale construction, manufacturing, or expansion environments
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Power BI, Learning Management Systems, and document management platforms
- Experience developing performance dashboards, reporting processes, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance communications, reporting, data management, dashboard development, and operational efficiency initiatives
