Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and implementation of standardized EHS programs, processes, and documentation across U.S. expansion sites
  • Manage EHS communications, employee engagement initiatives, leadership messaging, and awareness campaigns
  • Oversee EHS training programs, document management systems, training records, and competency tracking

  • Provide governance for construction medical clinic operations, workers’ compensation programs, injury management processes, and related stakeholder partnerships
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Business, Communications, Workforce Development, or a related field
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs in a complex, multi-site environment
  • Experience developing and implementing training programs, operational documentation, communications, or business processes
  • Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting EHS, occupational health, workers’ compensation, construction safety, or industrial operations programs
  • Experience supporting large-scale construction, manufacturing, or expansion environments
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Power BI, Learning Management Systems, and document management platforms
  • Experience developing performance dashboards, reporting processes, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance communications, reporting, data management, dashboard development, and operational efficiency initiatives
