About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Regional Operations Coordinator to support the operational functions of their business in the East London area. This role involves coordinating various operational activities, assisting with logistics, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across different departments and teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and possess excellent organizational skills to support the operational needs of the region within the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
  • Support the logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring efficient movement of goods and resources.
  • Maintain operational records, documentation, and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operations support , coordination, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic understanding of operations software .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
