Project Engineer, Building & Residential Construction

Uprite Construction is hiring a Project Engineer in Boise, Idaho to support ground‑up commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who want hands‑on exposure to all phases of commercial construction while growing into a long‑term leadership path.

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents on ground‑up commercial projects
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, drawings, and document control
• Track project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination
• Assist with cost tracking, change orders, and pay applications
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
• Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Gain field exposure and understanding of construction sequencing

• Experience or strong exposure to ground‑up commercial construction
• Commercial construction background required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Desire to grow within a construction management career path
• Ability to work collaboratively with both office and field teams
