Are you a driven self-starter that enjoys a mobile office? You might just be a good fit for our Roofing Foreman. Kyco Services, LLC is a full-service drywall and roofing company that is growing and expanding again and has an immediate need for a Roofing Foreman to help keep up with the demand of our customers in the Boise area.

Our ideal candidate would have experience overseeing multiple projects concurrently and a proven track record of following tight deadlines with exceptional quality. Must be able to coordinate materials, inspections, and employee schedules.

Roofing experience is a MUST. Experience in construction and at least a Superintendent level experience is desired. Our Roofing Foreman must be highly skilled in controlling job labor costs and efficient in bringing jobs in under budget. Any candidates that have previous experience in roofing construction will be given preference.

• Manage and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish
• Supervise and lead a team of personnel
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field
• Proficiency in roofing, blueprint reading, heavy lifting, construction estimating, restoration, power tools, hand tools, and managing personnel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience. Minimum 5 years in construction.

Current Driver’s License and clean MVR to qualify for a company vehicle.
