Project Field Superintendent; Civil & Excavating

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Field Superintendent to oversee the overall performance of assigned operations and work alongside crews in the field when necessary. This position will require the flexibility to travel to various project sites, including locations in Idaho, Texas, and Arizona.

We are looking for the best candidates for our leadership team and are offering a competitive annual salary of $90,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience). This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off. • Must have at least four (4) years of working experience within the construction industry with prior management experience, specifically within Civil & Excavation (CE).
• Proficient in reading and navigating blueprints/plans and knowledgeable in using GPS technology for field layouts.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record; a CDL and OSHA 30 certification are strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, coordinate with sub‑foreman, and mentor onsite personnel.
• Must have the flexibility to travel to various project sites, including locations in Boise, TX, and AZ.
