- Directcrew(s) ondailytasksandensuringequipmentisdispatchedaccordingly
- Coordinationwithmaterialsuppliersfordailymixallocations
- Superviseandcross-train individuals
- Abilitytoadaptandworkinvariousconditionsandunderstandingrequirementssetforthbyindividualjurisdictions
- Performdailymaintenanceandsafetychecksoffieldequipment
- Operateequipmentproficientlyandwithsituationalawareness
- Willingnesstocollaborateandcommunicatewithothers
- Completejoblogsheetsanddailysubmittalofcrewtimecards
- Leadcrewswithanemphasisonsafetyandquality

Qualifications
- Asphaltpavingexperienceof3+years
- Valid'driver’slicenserequired
- Class
ACDLwithacleandrivingrecord(preferred) - Proficiencyinconstruction/pavingstandards&equipment operation(rollers,screeds,andexcavators)
- ProficientingradingandADArequirements
- Leadershipskillsandteam-building experience
- Proficientinmathandmeasurements
