As our Project Estimator
, you will:

• Uphold HC Company s reputation by ensuring the highest standards of professionalism with clients, subcontractors, and associates.
• Collaborate across departments to bring new insights and help drive HC Company s growth.
• Apply your expert knowledge to coordinate project goals, review plans and specifications, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored project estimates.
• Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and Project Scheduling Software to manage tasks efficiently.
• Actively contribute to our safety culture by participating in the Safety Committee.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in commercial project estimation.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently.
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and cost control measures.

• Competitive salary, dependent on experience (DOE). Starting at $95,000+
