Chipseal Laborer

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks on chipseal crew as directed, including equipment operations and laboring.
• Safely and productively perform duties as assigned.
• Communicate and listen effectively.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
• Perform steady, intermittent, and repetitive physical activity: standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.

• General knowledge of construction work.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work day and night shifts; shifts may vary with project demands.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel if job requires.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
