Construction Superintendent; Restaurant​/Retail

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in the Boise Metropolitan Area. The role will primarily oversee commercial tenant improvement projects with a focus on restaurant and retail construction. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and inspections, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality execution in fast-paced project environments.

The ideal candidate has experience with restaurant and retail buildouts, understands the demands of tight timelines and occupied spaces, communicates proactively, and can effectively coordinate multiple trades to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

• Strong expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety protocols
• Excellent Organization Skills and proficiency in Budgeting
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including scheduling and leadership
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with construction regulations and codes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory construction role, with a proven track record of success
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA safety certification) and a valid driver’s license are a plus
