We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Superintendent with a specialty in Exterior Skin‑Healthcare/Commercial Construction. This role will oversee all aspects of the exterior cladding systems, facade, and envelope for healthcare and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Specialty Exterior Building Envelope, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld.

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including planning, design, construction, and completion.
• Manage and supervise the installation of exterior cladding systems, facade, and envelope.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all exterior skin-related construction activities align with project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes and regulations.
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor drawings and designs to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timeline, budget, or quality.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in exterior skin‑healthcare/commercial construction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction, with a focus on exterior cladding systems, facade, and envelope.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing complex healthcare and commercial construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Specialty Exterior Building Envelope.
• Strong understanding of local and national building codes and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications in Construction Management or related field will be a plus.
