Expectation for this role is 50-60 hours per week, with alternating weeks of five 10‑hour days then six 10‑hour days.

The New Construction Project Manager is responsible for directing the overall management of construction projects including commercial and industrial modular construction; and oversees the projects from development to completion. The project scope, budget and schedule will be the key drivers that guide the NCPM’s project planning. They will plan and set project objectives, goals and deadlines; and develop schedules for achieving them while working with Team members within the Flex Air and Mi Service Group departments to ensure project goals are met while managing customers’ expectations.

Primary Contact for Site Related Activities.

• Manage all aspects of New Construction Projects.
• Ensure efficiency, timely completion and customer satisfaction of construction projects.
• Collaborate with Flex Air and Mi Service Group Teams, General Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Work with Accounting to on‑board and secure subcontractors.
• Report on construction status of projects and budget matters to internal team.
• Attend job kick‑off meetings.
• Assist with project quotes.
• Coordinate multiple projects.
• Coordinate service for deficiency lists / punch list / cost of quality items (Flex Air).

• Education – Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience – Preferred: 5+ years.
• Skills, knowledge and abilities: teachable, team player, decisive, leader.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Exemplary planning and organizational skills (multi‑tasking and time‑management).
• Ability to prioritize projects.
• Self‑disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently.
