They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead ground‑up development of a critical fueling facility at a major regional airport. • Direct the full project lifecycle of a greenfield aviation fueling infrastructure build exceeding $28M.
• Coordinate the efforts of over 20 subcontractors and 1–2 internal construction crews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and trade‑specific project documentation across civil, electrical, grading, structural, and fueling systems.
• Lead site activities, serving as the go‑to field representative across internal and external stakeholders.
• Build team accountability and performance culture while assisting in key hiring decisions.
• Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and protocols within a live airport environment.
• Serve as primary point of contact across all project phases, with future opportunities to stay on for subsequent phases or transition into national project oversight roles.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multi‑trade infrastructure projects from ground‑up.
• Experience managing both subcontractors and internal self‑perform teams.
• Adept at managing budgets, schedules, and project execution from cradle to completion.
• Prior experience working on aviation or other highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on GC environment.
• Familiarity with airport construction is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Background in general contracting is preferred over owner’s rep experience.
