We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead the field services section in Southern Idaho, overseeing staff, operations, and project delivery.

• Take responsibility for operations of the field services section, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support.
• Function as Project Manager and take responsibility for field services on projects in addition to management responsibilities.
• Responsible for marketing planning, proposals, and interviews.
• Be directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issues.
• Ensure all work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through a proactive project management system; implement, monitor, and support company policy.
• Select, train, develop and manage technical personnel.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts.
• Take responsibility for subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
• Prepare the Project Management Plan for construction.
• Develop procedures for executing construction contract administration, including document, change, time, cost, quality, and safety management, and implement procedures in coordination with the project team.
• Perform additional construction management activities, such as constructability and value engineering reviews, construction estimating and schedule reviews, and project construction performance presentations.
• Coordinate document management and review construction submittals, including shop drawings and pay applications.
• Prepare, issue, and negotiate change orders.
• Review and analyze baseline and updated construction schedules.
• Control the project budget and coordinate schedule to reflect budgeted work.
• Coordinate and manage project quality assurance and control, and inspection services.
• Review subcontractor compliance with the Health and Safety Program through communication and inspections.
• Prepare and update pay requests, and daily, weekly, and monthly progress, budget, and schedule management reports.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
