• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering

• Proficient with estimating tools such as Trimble, Quick Pen, Bluebeam

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents

• Solid understanding of HVAC, piping, plumbing systems
