Job Title: Project Manager Job Location: Boise,  Salary: $130k-$160k Requirements: Experience as Construction Project Manager on projects related to any of the following:
Commercial, healthcare, Tilt-Wall, Schools, etc. This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with a wide range of projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Project Managers. They have many current and upcoming commercial / Education / Industrial projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years' Experience as a Project Manager on projects related to Commercial, Education, Industrial, etc.
• Understanding of Construction documents
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
