Construction Supervisor - Awak Mas

Manage and operate all project resources in the field to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the specifications.

To manage and provide leadership to subordinates controlling on a day‑to‑day basis all labor, direct or subcontract, and all non‑labor resources in order to achieve the construction schedule and the project quality on the site.

Assist the Project Management team to promote and develop teamwork.

Ensure subordinates plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at the site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings.

Understand the basics of the project budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including identifying, mitigating and monitoring SHE risk, and ensuring the SHE Management System aligns with official standards, requirements and procedures. Confirm the execution of SHE responsibilities meets the intended outcome and that SHE risk is well maintained.

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

• Min. 2‑3 years previous experience in construction
• Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized architectural databases and/or CAD drawing systems
• Analytical, reasoning, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
• Willing to work extended hours to ensure project completion on time
• Organizational, supervisory and negotiating skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written – an advantage

If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 7.
