Gryphon Oakwood is partnering with a leading Electrical Construction Contractor to identify a Project Scheduler
. This individual will play a key role in supporting complex construction projects through schedule development, progress tracking, labor forecasting, and proactive schedule risk management while working closely with project and field teams.

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Suit / Project and Primavera P6
• Track project progress, labor projections, and schedule performance across multiple projects
• Create look-ahead schedules, resource-loaded labor curves, and schedule comparison reports
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedules accurately reflect project status
• Develop recovery schedules and what-if scenarios to mitigate project risks
• Analyze schedule impacts and provide recommendations to keep projects on track
• Support project teams with ongoing schedule reporting and planning

• 1–2+ years of project scheduling experience within the construction industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (Primavera P6 experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of construction schedules and critical path methodology
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
