Construction Project Manager

Insight Global is looking to hire a Concrete Structures Project Manager/Estimator for a growing heavy civil construction team in Idaho. This individual will play a key role in estimating, planning, and managing a variety of concrete structure projects ranging from traditional flatwork and retaining walls to complex bridge, water infrastructure, and heavy-civil construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on construction professional with experience in concrete structures, bridge construction, and project estimating who is looking to grow within a highly collaborative, people‑first organization

In this role, the Project Manager/Estimator will review plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare competitive bids and estimates, support project scheduling, and manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle. The individual will work closely with field superintendents, crews, owners, inspectors, and design teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities will include developing project execution plans, supporting material procurement, tracking production and job costs, resolving field issues, and coordinating the successful delivery of concrete structures and heavy-civil infrastructure projects.

This position supports a wide range of concrete construction projects, and this candidate will be comfortable working both in the office and in the field while collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the project life cycles.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, PM/Estimator, or Assistant PM within civil, concrete structures, bridge, or highway construction
• Understanding of concrete structures, job costing, scheduling, and field operations
• Experience preparing estimates, quantity takeoffs, and construction bids
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, inspectors, engineers, and construction crews
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software; HCSS experience is preferred
