Construction Project Scheduler | Comp Per Diem

Insight Global is hiring multiple Construction Project Schedulers (P6) to support a hyperscale advanced manufacturing construction project onsite in Boise, Idaho. We're hiring at multiple levels, including:
Scheduler, Lead Scheduler, Scheduling Manager.

Location:

Boise, Idaho (Onsite)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 50 hours/week | OT paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

In this role, you'll develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, track project progress, coordinate with field teams, and provide schedule updates to project leadership on a large-scale, mission‑critical build.

• Build detailed schedules from construction drawings, models, and team inputs.
• Walk the jobsite at least once a week to verify progress, collect status updates, and input them into the master schedule.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, apportion delays, and notify the project team of impacts to critical path activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Produce and distribute weekly/bi‑weekly schedule forecasts, progress narratives, and reports for cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Experience using Oracle Primavera P6
• 2-10+ years of construction scheduling experience (level dependent)
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial or commercial projects at either a general contractor or subcontractor
• Experience with semiconductor, manufacturing, data center, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other mission‑critical projects preferred
