Senior Project Manager | Electrical Construction | Data Centers
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Electrical Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center projects in Boise, .
This role is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery across planning, budgeting, execution, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver complex mission‑critical infrastructure that powers the world's digital future.
- Lead all phases of electrical construction projects from planning and estimating through commissioning and closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with all client, project, and safety standards.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage procurement, billing, cost controls, and project financial performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Support senior leadership with forecasting, reporting, and strategic project planning.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, communication, and operational performance.
- 8+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
- 5+ years managing Data Center construction projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, power infrastructure, cabling, and white space fit‑out.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial, scheduling, and operational management capabilities.
- Advanced problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Proficient with project management software and digital construction tools.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field,
or equivalent industry experience (Journeyman or Master Electrician). - PMP Certification preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification.
