Job Description
The Site Safety Manager helps ensure a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the development and implementation of safety programs that meet all federal, state, and local regulations. Working closely with field teams and leadership, this role promotes a strong safety culture through training, guidance, and collaboration. The manager also provides oversight of safety activities, supports other safety personnel, and helps maintain consistent safety standards across job sites.

Skills and Requirements- 5+ years of site safety management experience in a commercial/industrial construction setting
- Managing a team of safety technicians/coordinators
- Minimum OSHA 510, OSHA 500 strongly preferred
- Competency in NFPA 70E and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Ability to collaborate with peers and help promote a positive safety culture
- Technical knowledge and basic administrative skills
- Experienced in preparing and managing incident reports
- JHA's (job hazard analysis)
- Proficient with platforms like Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, PDF editing tools, Safety Culture Auditor, Box, and Smartsheet
- Strongly preferred a BCSP – CHST Certification (certified health and safety technician) or SMP Certification (Safety Management Professional) or CSP (certified Safety Professional) or SMS (Safety Management Specialist) or STSC (Safety Trained Supervisor Construction)
- OSHA 500
- Mechanical contractor experience – HVAC even better
- Data Center experience
