Layton Construction is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily job-site operations, including scheduling, production, procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. You will supervise direct labor and oversee contracted work to ensure timely project completion.
You will coordinate with the Project Manager, manage look-ahead schedules, and communicate progress to clients and subcontractors. Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management and 5+ years’ ground-up experience.
