Oversee all on-site construction activities for civil projects including grading, utilities, paving, and infrastructure.

Manage daily schedules, subcontractors, and crews with a steady, organized approach that keeps productivity high and stress low.

Review plans, specs, and drawings to ensure work is completed according to design intent and quality standards.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors to maintain progress and resolve challenges in real time.

Enforce safety, compliance, and environmental regulations across the jobsite.

Track materials, manpower, and equipment usage—keeping projects efficient and on budget.

Serve as the calm, reliable point of leadership for field teams, inspiring confidence through consistency and knowledge.

5+ years of field leadership experience in civil or heavy construction.

Solid understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, and infrastructure construction.

A relaxed but professional management style—confident under pressure and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

Strong communication and coordination skills with crews, clients, and leadership teams.
