Senior Project Engineer
Support mechanical construction on some of the largest high tech projects around.
Salary 80-100k + Bonus + Benefits
Location:
Boise Seattle WA
Join a growing and respected construction organization where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, profitable mechanical construction projects. This position supports Project Managers through coordination, scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, document control, and collaboration with field and office teams.
What You'll Do- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution from kickoff through completion
- Track labor hours, material costs, forecasts, and project profitability
- Assist with procurement, subcontract buyouts, and equipment/material deliveries
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, engineers, detailers, and clients
- Maintain project records and ensure contractual compliance
- Support fabrication planning, material takeoffs, and budgeting
- Promote and uphold jobsite safety standards
- 2+ years of experience in construction management, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering preferred, or equivalent construction experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus
- Understanding of construction sequencing and mechanical/plumbing systems preferred
