Senior Project Engineer

Support mechanical construction on some of the largest high tech projects around.

Salary 80-100k + Bonus + Benefits

Location:

Boise  Seattle WA

Join a growing and respected construction organization where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, profitable mechanical construction projects. This position supports Project Managers through coordination, scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, document control, and collaboration with field and office teams.

What You'll Do
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution from kickoff through completion
  • Track labor hours, material costs, forecasts, and project profitability
  • Assist with procurement, subcontract buyouts, and equipment/material deliveries
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, engineers, detailers, and clients
  • Maintain project records and ensure contractual compliance
  • Support fabrication planning, material takeoffs, and budgeting
  • Promote and uphold jobsite safety standards
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering preferred, or equivalent construction experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus
  • Understanding of construction sequencing and mechanical/plumbing systems preferred
