Mechanical Construction Project Manager

What You'll Do
- Lead mechanical construction projects, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, safety, and profitability
- Manage project financials, labor forecasting, material costs, and risk mitigation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare estimates, proposals, project scopes, and negotiate change orders
- Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to ensure successful project execution
- Procure major equipment and subcontractors while tracking deliveries and project milestones
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and safety standards
- Mentor and support Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to client development efforts
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing mechanical construction projects from planning through completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms such as Bluebeam, Procore/ACC, Smartsheet, and Viewpoint Vista
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
