Brix Paving Northwestisseekingadedicatedandexperienced Concrete Foremantoleadandmanageconcretecrewsonavarietyofconstructionprojects .Inthisrole,youwilloverseedailyoperations,includingcrewcoordination,equipment management,andqualitycontrol,whileensuringstrictadherencetoOSHAsafetystandards.
Youwillcollaboratewithprojectmanagers,subcontractors,andsupplierstodeliverhigh-qualityworkonscheduleandwithinbudget.

Key Responsibilities- Superviseanddirectconcretecrews,ensuringefficientexecutionofdailytasks.
- Overseeallphasesofconcretework,includingforming,pouring,finishing,andcuring.
- Ensurecompliancewithprojectplans,specifications,andsafetystandards.
- Coordinatewithmaterialsuppliersandensurepropermixandqualitycontrol.
- Performdailyinspectionsoffieldequipmentandenforcemaintenanceprotocols.
- EnsureallworkiscompletedtomeetADA,grading,andjurisdictionalrequirements.
- Monitorcrewproductivity,addressinefficiencies,andimplementsolutions.
- Completeandsubmitdailyjoblogs,crewtimecards,andprogressreports.
- Trainandmentorcrewmembersonsafetyprotocolsandbestpractices.
- Collaboratewithsitesupervisorsandotherforementomeetprojectdeadlines.
- Participateinregularsafetymeetingsandtrainingsessions.
- 3+yearsofconcreteconstructionexperienceinaforemanorleadershiprole.
- Valid driver's license-Required
- Provenabilitytosuperviseandleadcrewseffectively.
- Proficiencyinconcreteforming,finishing,andsitepreparationtechniques.
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretblueprints,siteplans,and specifications.
- FamiliaritywithADAcomplianceandgradingstandards.
- Strong organizational,communication,and problem-solving skills.
- Abilitytoworklonghours,includingweekendsandoccasionalnights.
- Willingnesstotraveltovariousworksiteswithpotentialovernightstays.
- Capableofworkinginallweatherconditions.
