- Atleast2yearsofprovenexperienceasa Concrete Mason -Required
- Valid driver’slicense-Required
- CDLAand/orequipmentoperatorexperienceisaplus!
- Abilitytoreadblueprintsandsurveydatatomarkoutspecificareasaccurately.
- Understandingofconstructionprinciples,concretemixingandpouringtechniques,andfamiliaritywithdifferenttypesofconcreteandrelatedmaterials.
- Understandingofdifferenttypesofconcretemixesandfinishingmaterials,aswellastheirappropriateapplications.
- Strongcommitmenttosafetyprotocolsandpractices,includingknowledgeofOSHAregulationsrelatedtoconcretework.
- Abilitytoperformdifferenttypesoffinishesincludinghandtrowel,broom,exposedandcurbfinishes
- Familiaritywithstraightedges,screeds,andotherfinishingtoolsusedinmasonrywork
- Skilledinsmoothing,leveling,andfinishingconcretesurfacesusinghandandpowertools.
- Effectivecommunicationwithteammembers,supervisors,andclientstounderstandprojectrequirementsandcoordinatetasksaccordingly.
- Healthyphysicalconditionandstaminatoperformmanuallaborforextendedperiodsoftime.
- Keeneyefordetailtoachieveprecisecraftmanshipandmeetqualitystandards.
- Abilitytoworkefficientlyandmeetprojectdeadlineswhilemaintainingqualitystandards.
- Willingnesstoworkinvariousweatherconditionsandadapttodifferentprojectenvironments.
