Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Supervisor.;
Conducts field training and retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.;
Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per company policies and OSHA guidance.;
Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with property owners/customers; obtains permission to perform work.;
Maintains accurate records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance; furnishes reports to General Foreperson and utility representatives
