Job OverviewBrix Paving Northwest is looking for a dedicated, skilled Concrete Laborer to be a key part of our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, with a strong commitment to teamwork. You’ll be responsible for various tasks related to the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Requirements- Valid driver’s license - Required
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in concrete work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as concrete mixers.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, including knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete work.
- Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
