Renewyx have partnered with a growing multifamily developer and operator in the Boise, Idaho area to bring on a Boise Superintendent.
Ground-up multifamily construction. Real ownership of the site. No red tape.
The roleRun the day-to-day of a multifamily construction site from groundbreaking to final walk. Lead subcontractors, keep the schedule tight, and make sure quality and safety never slip.
What you'll bring- A track record as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or multifamily builds
- Comfortable running subcontractors, schedules, and inspections solo
- Based in the Boise area, or ready to be
- OSHA 30
- Experience with scheduling software like Procore or MS Project
- $100K to $150K
- Full-time, permanent
