• Help conceptualize and write advertisements and product videos for BambooHR
• Breakdown scripts, create budgets, scout locations, schedule shoots
• Organize and facilitate production meetings
• Hire actors and crew
• Orchestrate production design and prop management
• Manage operations on set to maintain efficient production
• Assist in hitting post-production and distribution deadlines

• Excellent writing and/or storytelling skills (be prepared to show us your stuff)
• Some familiarity with video production processes from script breakdown to post-production and distribution
• Acute attention to detail and efficient problem solver
• The ability to work with collaborative, interdisciplinary teams
• Strong presentation and speaking skills
• A resilient sense of humor and/or really sweet dance moves (we’ll take either)

• Background in filmmaking or advertising
• Proficiency with scheduling and budgeting tools
• You enjoy producing (if you’re trying to become a director, this is probably not for you)
• Strong and active online presence – blogging, social channels, forums, etc.
