True Hope Church in Boise, Idaho, seeks a part-time Worship Director to lead and strengthen a healthy worship culture. In collaboration with church leaders, you will plan and lead Sunday worship, coordinate music, and oversee weekend live production.
You will recruit and develop worship volunteers, schedule musicians and technicians, and coach teams toward spiritual growth and musical excellence. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3+ years of worship leadership are expected.
