Note:

This role is a hybrid position with the expectation to work onsite (3) three days a week in the Ericsson office located in Boise,  Plano, TX. Relocation is not offered for this position.

About this opportunity

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality creative work that brings established strategies, campaigns, and brand standards to life across a variety of customer touchpoints. This role combines strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and effective collaboration to create compelling visual communications that support business objectives. As a valued contributor on the team, you will report to the Creative & Brand Director, contributing to projects of varying scale and collaborate with the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designers.

For larger campaigns and initiatives, you will execute against the creative direction established by the Art Director while maintaining strong craftsmanship, production quality, brand consistency, and proactive communication.

What you will do Execute creative assets across digital, print, web, presentations, events, social media, advertising, email, and marketing collateral.

Extend established campaign concepts and visual systems across multiple deliverables and channels.

Develop thoughtful layouts that communicate information clearly and effectively.

Select and manipulate imagery, typography, color, and graphic elements within established brand and project guidelines.

Prepare accurate, production-ready assets for print, digital, web, presentation, and event environments, following required technical specifications.

Support quality assurance by reviewing work for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and production readiness.

Communicate progress, timing, questions, and potential challenges proactively to creative leadership and project managers.

Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and creative reviews.

Incorporate feedback constructively while meeting project timelines and objectives.

Location:

Boise, Idaho (preferred) or Plano, Texas. No immigration or relocation is offered for this role.

The skills you bring

At least 4 years’ experience of professional graphic designer experience within an in-house creative team, providing design services to internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with the ability to prepare accurate, production-ready files.

Experience using generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly to support ideation, image exploration, or production workflows while following established brand and usage guidelines.

Working knowledge of Figma for creating, adapting, and collaborating on digital design assets.

Familiarity with project-management platforms such as Asana, including reviewing assignments, tracking deadlines, sharing progress, and managing feedback.

Proficiency in executing creative work across digital and print production environments, demonstrating strong layout, typography, and visual communication skills.

Ability to execute within established brand guidelines, templates, and creative direction while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

Experience adapting approved creative concepts across multiple formats and sizes, such as campaign assets, presentations, social graphics, emails, event materials, web graphics, and print collateral.
