Overview
WaFd Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Compensation: USD $18.00/Hr. and USD $20.43/Hr. WaFd Bank has been a financial leader for over a century, serving consumers and business clients across nine Western states.

- High school diploma or approved equivalent
- Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
- Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude
- Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
