Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers and present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize expertise in Sparklight's products to assist customers and address their questions
• Problem-solve and encourage business customers to commit to services

• Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Outgoing personality with ability to direct conversations and close sales
• 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training required
• Preferred educational background:
  Associate's degree or higher

• Experience in a sales-oriented environment
• Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service role
