We are seeking service-focused, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Care Travel Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will support clients before, during, and after their travel experiences — ensuring smooth planning, seamless bookings, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Whether its vacations, cruises, group trips, or corporate travel, you will play a key role in making every journey stress-free and memorable. No prior travel experience is required — full training and certification are provided.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with planning and booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide timely responses to travel plans and support requests
- Manage reservations, confirmations, changes, and itinerary updates
- Communicate clearly regarding pricing, schedules, policies, and payment options
- Research destinations and recommend travel options based on client preferences
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Deliver high-level customer care throughout the entire travel process
