Seasonal Events Operations Associate

Job Type: Seasonal Hourly Non-Exempt
Location: Boise,  surrounding event venues
Schedule: Varies by event (Evenings, weekends, holidays required) April through end of September timeline

Hayden Beverage Company is hiring multiple Seasonal Event Operations Associates to support high-energy local events, including:

• Idaho Strikers FC home soccer matches
• Boise State Broncos football games
• Idaho Botanical Garden event series

What You'll Do

• Represent Hayden Beverage professionally at special events
• Verify and restock inventory in booths
• Set up, merchandise, and move product throughout event venues
• Practice safe lifting and material handling techniques
• Support operational needs as assigned

This role focuses heavily on product movement, setup, and event execution in both indoor and outdoor environments.
What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and participate in random testing per company policy

Physical Requirements

• Lift 25-50 lbs regularly; up to 158 lbs (team lift)
• Push/pull hand trucks up to 200 lbs
• Carry supply containers 60-100 times per shift
• Stand and walk for extended periods (several miles per shift)
• Frequently bend, twist, squat, climb stairs, and work in varying weather conditions

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor venues
• Exposure to seasonal temperatures and cooler environments
• Moderate to loud noise (crowds, music, equipment)
