What You Will Do

NOC Technicians interact with customers during network outages and/or service degradation. Duties include daily customer interaction via calls, emails, and ticketing system, providing basic technical troubleshooting and recommending resolutions when possible. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills are required, along with self‑motivation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital tickets.
  • Create and maintain case management records using a CRM.
  • Provide front‑line support to customers and partners.
  • Recommend enhancements to company products and services that improve serviceability and operation.
  • Provide feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • One (1) year of customer service experience.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Problem analysis and problem‑solving (critical thinking).
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • General knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of administrative procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days in office; partial weekend/weekday; night shift after hours).
  • Open to any shift.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
