Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Support Specialist keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine, literally. They jump on maintenance requests fast, make sure everything gets tracked and wrapped up, and match invoices to work orders like a true organizational wizard. They also wrangle vendors to keep projects moving, pull together the data everyone needs, and dream up process improvements that make life easier, cheaper, and a whole lot smoother for our customers and teams.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Jump on maintenance requests through the help desk like a superhero on a mission- responding, completing, and tracking them before they know what hit ’em.
- Reconcile invoices and work orders with the precision of someone who definitely color-codes their closet.
- Orchestrate vendors and internal teams on work orders. Think conductor, but with fewer violins and more power tools.
- Gather data for reporting- because numbers tell a story, and you’re the narrator.
- Champion process improvements that make life easier, cheaper, smoother, and maybe even a little magical for customers and clients alike.
- Ability to learn new concepts, stay organized, and effectively manage time, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking (there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!).
- Solution-focused thinking. We get 5 minutes to complain and then we kick tail!
- Ability to act as an agent for change; being flexible and patient, open to suggestions, and have an eye for opportunities to improve processes.
- Must consent to and pass a background check
- You don’t have to be a tech guru, but being comfortable using technical equipment such as laptops, cell phones, and remote devices is appreciated.
- Must be comfortable working while surrounded by furry friends (that’s right, we’re dog friendly!).
- Work is performed under normal office working conditions in a temperature-controlled environment, may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal.
