Ecommerce Customer Care Lead; In-Office

Agri Beef Co. is seeking a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to join its Ecommerce Department in Boise,  role requires in-office presence and involves assisting customers with product information and resolving issues. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities include customer interaction via phone, email, and chat, as well as monitoring service quality. While customer service experience is a plus, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
