WHO

WE NEED

The Monitor position provides excellent customer service to parking customers by answering incoming calls from local parking locations and assisting customers entering and exiting garages.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist guests, valets, and monthly parkers with entry and exits into and out of garages when the help button is pressed in the lane.
  • Direct communication with Field and Ambassador Staff for events, incidents, and equipment issues.
  • Monitor camera surveillance and parking systems in all area parking garages and lots.
  • Test garage and elevator intercoms and manage garage space counts.
  • Answer general questions about ticket fees, on‑street parking hours, and events over the phone.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High proficiency with Windows 10 or similar operating systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute is recommended.
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to multitask.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or greater.
  • 1+ year(s) in customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience.
