The Office Administrator is the friendly face everyone meets when they reach out to our headquarters. You'll be the first point of contact, making sure every visitor or caller feels welcomed and ready to have a great experience with us. What you'll do:
- Delivers stinkin' awesome customer service as the first point of contact for all employees, vendors, and walk-ins to the company. This role is the keeper of the den!
- Process and route incoming communications, including deliveries, mail, manning the customer support help desk, and phone, as well as own vendor relationships for the office (janitorial, supplies, delivery services, etc.).
- Orders and maintains office supplies.
- Support the Stinker leadership team, which is like herding cats… or skunks in this case.
- Manage the company's years of service program- preparing awards, printing certificates, and delivering them to owners for distribution.
- Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities- ensuring employees feel appreciated and recognized, because our stinkers deserve the love!
What you'll need:
- Solution focused thinking- you get 5 minutes to complain, then we kick tail!
- Effective time management and attention to detail- there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!
- Act as an agent for change; being flexible and patient, open to suggestions, and a keen eye for opportunities to improve processes.
