• Provide friendly, professional customer service to attendees, donors, and supporters
• Communicate nonprofit missions, campaign messaging, and fundraising goals clearly
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about active initiatives
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Build positive relationships with community members and partner organizations
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and welcoming presence at all events
