Client Service Coordinator

Compensation/Benefits:

$24+/HR + commission

Office hours of operation Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, organize, and route work for optimum efficiency
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on inbound lead sources
  • Acquire new clients and generate revenue by offering solutions and closing business over the phone
  • Receive and record client payments
  • Prepare and manage client accounts with accurate data, contact information, updates, and activities
  • Provide first person problem resolution for external and internal clients
  • Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various co-workers, clients and vendors
  • Achieve inside sales goals
  • Complete special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High degree of professionalism and communication
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual that takes initiative
  • Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
  • Strong facilitation and team skills
  • Ability to write clear, concise communications: excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills
  • Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 1-year office work and customer service experience required
  • Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree
