Localized Customer Care Associate – phone‑based support for Italian‑speaking customers in Europe.

• Provide world‑class phone support, occasionally through ticketing and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, building trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate daily with manager to meet company and team targets via strategic planning.
• Analyze user feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and share insights with internal teams.
• Continuously seek ways to improve support processes and contribute to customer experience excellence.
• Build relationships with other departments to increase CSAT and NPS.

• Proven experience in Customer Care or Sales, handling support via phone or video calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian (C2) and English (B2 or higher).
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for crypto, investing, and global financial markets or fintech is advantageous but optional.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with Customer Care systems such as Zendesk is desirable.
