- Provide front line support to our customers via live chats, phones & emails promptly.
- Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions in accuracy.
- Address customers’ feedbacks as well as complaints professionally, responsible for meeting customers’ expectation.
- Liaising with other departments and to keep up with the progress to ensure clients’ queries are solved in timely manner.
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
- Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
