Customer Service Representative
We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives at our Customer Service Center in Boise, offering a fast‑paced, friendly environment with extensive training and growth opportunities.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (no weekends), 7:30am–6:30pm. Hybrid schedule available for eligible candidates. Training is on‑site in Boise, Idaho.

Responsibilities- Handle high volume of customer calls in a team‑oriented environment.
- Set up accounts, process movement requests and resolve inquiries.
- Arrange collections, respond to outages and maintain account records.
- Provide monitoring and guidance to less experienced team members.
- Practice flexibility in working with team members to develop a successful team.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1year of experience in customer service or 2years in a service‑oriented environment.
- Preferred: 2years or more of customer service‑related experience in a call‑center or high‑volume service environment.
- Spanish bilingual.
- Knowledge of personal computer applications related to customer service system operation, standard office software (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Teams and One Note.
- Basic math, accounting, 10‑key, and typing skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication, multitasking, good judgment, composure with diverse customers, and ability to understand moderately complex written and oral instructions.
- Physical: work at a desk/computer for extended periods; use office equipment; occasional lifts up to 10lbs.
- Must be able to work varying shift schedules, including non‑traditional business hours.
