- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to remain organized while managing multiple customer interactions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required.
